Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in Advantage Components. The Terms and Conditions for use
of this website are described below. Please read these carefully. By submitting an order
or estimate request, you agree to be bound by these policies. Advantage Components
reserves the right to revise these terms without notice.

Payment
A 50% deposit will be required to put your order into production. Order balance to be paid
prior to shipment of components unless terms have been established with your company.
We accept most major credit cards as well as check or money order. Checks must clear before production can begin.

Estimates
Esimates will generally take no more than 24 hours. However, specialty products and/or
request may take longer if non standard construction and/or material are required.

Materials
On rare occasion, some materials required for the job may be backordered, discontinued
or only available to be manufactured after order. These situations can cause delays in
receiving materials needed to produce your cabinets. In the event that this happens, you
will be notified by phone as soon as possible. Advantage Components is not liable for any
costs that you accrue from a third party due to production delays.

Cancellations and Revisions
Materials such as laminates and edge banding are purchased after order confirmation
specifically for your order. By signing your order confirmation you agree to be liable
for all specialty materials in the event the order needs to be cancelled or revised after
materials have been ordered. Cancellations and revisions should be directed to Allen
Birmingham at (901)465-8661 ext 2 as soon as possible. No fees will be assessed for
changes to an order prior to materials having been ordered. If an order needs to be
revised after it has been moved into production, charges will be assessed on the time
and materials needed to cover those revisions.

Returns
All sales are final. No returns are accepted.

The customer assumes all liability for the appropriate use and installation of our products.
